Registration Fee (All Students)                 $50.00/Student

Seat Deposit Fee (All Students)         $50.00/Student/Year

Book/Curriculum/Computer Fees   $100.00/Student/Year

 Tuition Fee (Per child)       *$550/Month or $150/Week

$50 discount for tuition paid on or before the 1^st of the month (Include before and after care, and optional breakfast)

Graduation Fee (Kindergarten Students)  $60.00 due in February

ü      All appropriate fees including the first month’s tuition must be paid before a student can enter class.

ü      Tuition payments are paid over ten months beginning in September and ending in June.  The full tuition amount is due for the month of June.  All payments and fees must be paid by June 1^st.  Failure to do so will result in non-participation in the Graduation/Closing exercises.

ü      Parents who enroll their child before the 15^th of the month will need to pay the full month’s tuition.

ü      Parents who enroll their child after the 15^th of the month will need to pay half the month’s tuition.

ü      Delinquent accounts will result in loss of attending classes until tuition is paid.

ü      There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks by the bank. A second occurrence will result in payment by money order, certified check or cash for the remainder of the school year.

ü      All children need to be picked up by 6:00PM without exception. A violation of this will result in a late fee of $10.00 for every five (5) minutes late plus the possible loss of Extended Care Services.

ü      Tuition Payments must be made by personal check, money order or cash. A receipt will be given. Please include student’s name on check or money order. Separate checks or money orders should be paid for book fees.

ü      There is no daily or hourly rate for care. Seats are guaranteed by week or month.

ü      There is a $25.00 discount per child for siblings.

ü      There are absolutely NO refunds on any fees paid.

* At this present time Returning Students have the option to purchase uniform in pieces.

Some of our students are funded through CCIS (Child Care Information Services) they can be reached at 1-800-831-3117 for an Application and/or other services.  The Department of Public Welfare also provides funding for working parents or parents attending training or school.  For the Chester office you can call (610) 447-3015.
